Linen storage abounds in the built-in cupboards at the top of the stairs, across from a full bath. A turn towards the back of the house leads to the very large (20'6"x10'9") Master Bedroom with three windows, two walk-in closets, and ceiling fan.

A turn towards the front of the house at the top of the stairs leads to the spacious 20'6"x10'6" Den with two windows, ceiling fan, and built-in storage cabinet. This room easily doubles as a guest room, with room for several beds, daybeds, and/or sofas and easy chairs.

Through the Den, a small hallway connects to the new ¾ Bath, 13'3"x12' Bedroom with closet, two windows, and ceiling fan, and the Office. The bright 17"3'x9'8" Office was designed to easily convert to a permanent fourth Bedroom by accessing the doorway to the adjacent walk-in closet. It offers three windows, a ceiling fan, access to the second floor deck, and proximity to the ¾ Bath.
