First Floor

The front entrance on the deck opens to the airy 14'6"'x11'3" Living Room to the left and the 11'3"x10'6" Dining Area to the right. Through the Dining Area, the modern Kitchen (fully renovated in 2002) measures 12' 6"x 10'6", with ample, light maple cupboards (including floor to ceiling pantry cupboard), vinyl floor, and handy broom/utility closet.

Passing through the Living Room from the front door leads to a large coat closet in the hall behind the staircase and on to the full first floor bath and 12'6"x11'6" Bedroom. Another pantry closet is located in the hall off the kitchen, adjacent to the bath. The first floor laundry sports an ironing board built into the wall, is lined with cabinets, and offers access to the back patio through the back door.

Back to the Living Room, access to the oversized garage is gained through a door at the base of the staircase. The garage, added during the 2004 expansion, holds a single car and loads of storage, as well as an isolated workshop in the rear with a window and another back door for easy access from the back yard.
